Dr. Rajek graduated from Marquette University in 1978 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, American Association of Functional Orthodontics, and a member of the Chicago Dental Society. In his free time he enjoys downhill skiing and golfing.
